Travel to Annavaram Temple

Annavaram is famous temple for Lord Satya narayana swamy. He is also called as “Sathya devudu” and this temple is in state of Andhra Pradesh of India situated 32 Km from Pithapuram, 51 Km from Kakinada and 72 Km from Rajahmundry.

The temple is situated on the top of Ratnagiri Hills on the banks of pampa River. This temple is most famous for the unique yantra based on Tripad Vibhuti Narayana Upanishad.

Belief: people believe that by doing sathyanarayana vratham in this temple their wishes will be fulfilled by the God and also newly married couples usually do this pooja (sathyanarayana vratham) .

Famous for: Prasadam (which is given as blessing of God) is famous in this place and please don’t miss this prasadam as this is not available anywhere in India.

Regional language is Telugu and people here are very friendly and cooperative. Food , transportation and accommodation facilities are available and they are good.

choultrys , Guest houses and marriage halls are available very near to the temple and they are affordable which ranges from Rs.150 per day to 1600/- per day .

Transportation facilities to reach Annavaram:

By Bus : You can find frequent Express buses from Visakhapatnam, Kakinada and Rajahmundry and from kakinada and Rajahmundry you can find buses moving to Annavaram for every half and hour. Or you can hire a private Car or bus if you are coming  in a group.

By Train : You can catch a train which moves from Visakhapatnam to Vijayawada and in between you can get down at Annavaram station.

By Air: The nearest Airport on east side is Visakhapatnam and on west side is Rajahmundry and from those places it will take around 5 to 6 hours to reach annavaram.
